California is a two-party consent state, so all parties will be informed and must consent before any recording begins. We do not currently record or transcribe calls. Consent for future automated or AI-generated outbound calls, if ever offered, is separate from SMS consent and will be obtained independently. We will not activate AI calling, automated outbound calls, or call recording until appropriate disclosures and consents are in place.
