San Bernardino & the Inland Empire

Painting Contractors Serving San Bernardino & the Inland Empire

We're a local, family-owned painting company based in San Bernardino. We work across the Inland Empire — interior, exterior, cabinets, ceilings and wood repair — and we'd rather do it in the cities we know than chase work two counties away.

A service-area business, and honest about it

We don't have branch offices or storefronts in each city on this list. Ours is a working painting company: the crew, the truck and the equipment come from San Bernardino, and we travel to your home. That's why the list below is about where we actually work, not where we'd like to rank.

Cities we paint

San Bernardino, CA

Our home base. San Bernardino has a wide mix of housing — older single-story homes with wood fascia and porches, and stucco homes where the sun hits hard on the west and south elevations. Both need repair work before paint, not just a fresh coat.

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Lots of two-story stucco homes and planned communities with architectural guidelines. If your HOA requires color approval, get that approved first and we'll paint from it. Taller elevations mean more ladder work and more careful masking.

Fontana, CA

Stucco homes, single and two story, with the wood repair that comes with them — fascia, trim and window sills. We've completed full exterior repaints here, including wood replacement and stucco patching.

Redlands, CA

Older homes with detailed wood trim, porches and mature trees. Shade and irrigation keep north-facing sides damp, so mildew and failed caulk are common. This is prep-heavy work and we price it that way.

Highland, CA

Larger lots and single-story homes, often a mix of stucco and wood siding. East-facing walls take the morning sun, so fading and chalking show up early on that side.

Rialto, CA

Established neighborhoods with stucco walls, block walls and wood trim at the eaves. Driveway-adjacent trim and garage doors usually need the most attention.

Claremont, CA

Craftsman and Spanish-style homes around the colleges, with wood detailing that deserves careful prep. Interior work in older homes here often means drywall patching and trim that has to be hand-detailed.

Ontario, CA

A mix of older homes near downtown and newer developments to the north. Both come up — interiors on newer homes, full exterior repair and repaint on the older ones.

Upland, CA

Older downtown homes with wood trim alongside newer stucco. We handle both, and can talk through how a color will read against older brick or stone detailing.

What we do in these communities

Most of our work is residential: full exterior repaints with wood and stucco repair, interior repaints room by room or whole house, kitchen cabinet refinishing, popcorn ceiling removal, and the preparation work that makes all of it hold up.

Because advertising brings us a lot of Inland Empire homeowners, we also get asked about color approval rules, HOA submittals and how a color will look on stucco in full afternoon sun. We're happy to talk through it on the estimate visit.

Why there aren't a dozen city pages

You've seen them: the same page with the city name swapped in. They don't help anyone. We'll add a page for a city when we have real projects, photos and details worth reading — until then, this page and our project portfolio are the honest version.
