Interior House Painting in San Bernardino & the Inland Empire

Interior painting is quiet, detail-heavy work: tight cut lines, straight wall-and-ceiling transitions, and prep that keeps dust out of the rest of your house. We're licensed, family-owned, and we treat an occupied home the way we'd treat our own.

What we paint inside

  • Walls and ceilings
  • Doors, jambs and casings
  • Baseboards and crown moulding
  • Window and door trim
  • Built-ins, closets and garages
  • Drywall patching and repair

Whole-house repaints, a single room refresh, and everything between — including ceilings that need a uniform, flat finish after years of patches.

Prep, protection and dust control

We cover floors, mask edges, and seal doorways to keep sanding dust in the room we're working in. Nail holes and cracks are filled, gaps at baseboards and casings are caulked, glossy surfaces are scuffed so paint actually grabs, and bare drywall or patched areas are primed before finish coats.

Furniture we can move gets moved to the middle of the room and covered. Anything we can't move safely is worked around. At the end of each day, we clean up and put the room back in usable shape.

Drywall repair and patching

Cracked corners, popped nails, damaged corners from furniture, and holes from plumbing or electrical work are repaired with the rest of the job. We sand patches smooth and prime them so the repaired area doesn't show as a dull spot under the finish coat.

Premium interior finishes

We use premium interior coatings from Sherwin-Williams and Vista Paint and match the product to the room — scrubbable finishes in kitchens, baths and hallways; a flatter finish for ceilings and formal rooms. Low-odor and low-VOC options are available when someone in the house is sensitive to paint smell.

Choosing colors? We'll talk through how a color reads in your light — east-facing bedrooms and inland afternoon sun both change a sample dramatically — so you can decide before the paint is mixed.

Questions homeowners ask

Do I need to move my furniture?

We move and cover what can reasonably be moved, and we ask that you clear small valuables, electronics and wall hangings before we start. We'll walk the rooms with you so you know what gets covered and in what order the rooms are painted.

Do you repair drywall before painting?

Yes. Nail holes, hairline cracks, dings, popped tape and patches left behind by electrical or plumbing work are all part of the job. Larger repairs are discussed and priced on the estimate so there are no surprises.

Can we stay in the house while you paint?

Most families do. We work room by room, keep walkways clear, and clean up at the end of each day so the house is livable through the project.

How do I choose between matte, eggshell and semi-gloss?

It comes down to traffic and light. Matte and flat hide wall imperfections best, eggshell and satin wipe down more easily in hallways and kids' rooms, and semi-gloss is the practical choice for trim, doors and cabinets. We bring sheen samples so you can see them on your own walls.
